And it's back...as many of you will know my original
DIY CD-Rom sold out a few years ago. I decided not to reprint it because, although many people created very good water features using it, the methods that I was trying to put over proved too advanced for a lot of people.
So the new version will ONLY be available in conjunction with a TRAINING WORKSHOP.
A day course costs £400 + VAT
A two day course £750 + VAT
A three day course £1,100 + VAT
A five day course £1,800 + VAT

Courses are designed for all ages and can be tailored for all abilities and disabilities.

They will be held at my offices and in my own garden, where you will see a working natural pond and falls.
They will start with a working breakfast at 0800hrs and will finish at 1630hrs.
Overnight accomodation can be arranged at extra cost.
Lunch will be provided.
The one day courses will give you an introduction to the CD-Rom with a talk and a slideshow.
Then one of my men who has worked on at least one RHS Gold Medal Show Garden will demonstrate the art of...

Building ponds and waterfalls with natural stone...

The CD-Rom shows you best and the worst types of rock to get the best results.
We will show you the actual stone types and how and where to use them.

You will also be able to do some of the building yourself so that you get a feel for choosing the stone and fixing it into place.
Note that curved piece of stone that Ben is holding...

And there it is again as part of a waterfall.

You will be shown how to use pipes and valves to achieve really natural results as well as what pumps and filters to use.

My methods show you how to build something that looks like this...

And this. They will also show you how to avoid creating monsters like these...

That's just terrible! And that is what most DIY books will lead you towards building...the ordinary!
A hole in the ground with rocks around the edge!
Lastly before we move onto the next chapter, I will make it very clear again...the CD-Rom IS NOT available to buy.
It is only available AFTER and as a part of a TRAINING WORKSHOP.
